Cancelling or changing my order
We are usually quite quick at picking and shipping your order. As a result, we are sorry to say that in most cases it is not possible to change your order once it has been placed. To cancel your order please telephone our customer service department on (01226) 744842 (ext. 2) as soon as possible. If we have already despatched your order and we are no longer able to cancel it, you will have to follow our normal returns procedure for any unwanted items.
Out of stock items
You may see some items listed in our store that are out of stock, why do we do this? This is to show you that we usually stock this item. If it is out of stock, please be assured we are working as fast as we can to get replacement stock and make the item available again!
Missing, incomplete or damaged orders
If you order has arrived and there are items missing, please first check your order status to ensure everything has been despatched.
If your delivery has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us so we can look into this for you.
If you have received damaged items, please follow our returns procedure for damaged goods.
Small items such as our Wentworth 'Afternoon Tea for Two' vouchers are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (1st or 2nd class options)
Our Standard delivery charge is £3.99 and we will get your order to you within 5 working days (excludes Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays)
Need your purchase tomorrow? We also offer Next working day delivery for £6.99 - Just make sure you place your order before 2PM
Purchasing an Artificial Christmas Trees, a flat rate of £20.00 charged due to the heavy and bulky nature of the boxes.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you need to return an item you can do so either by returning it to the garden centre or returning it by post/courier.
- We accept returns on unwanted goods 28 days after purchase provided items are returned to ourselves in perfect saleable condition and in their original packaging.
- We are able to offer a full refund on any goods returned to us within 14 days.
- We are able to offer an exchange on any goods returned to us within 28 days.
- A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods only.
- All products purchased from ourselves carry a twelve month guarantee from the day of purchase for defects or major problems unless a manufacturer’s guarantee is specified.
