Mike’s original methods and experience garnered over 35 years, offer a breath of fresh air in portrait photography. Their Summerhouse studio, situated in three acres of beautifully landscaped gardens including pools, waterfalls, lawns and woodland areas, is the perfect foil to their profession.

With a passion for wedding photography, hopefully you can tell that Mike and his wife Wendy love what they do. Possessing the ability to blend in and document your special day as it unfolds in a relaxed and casual manner, working with precision and fun and ensuring you have plenty of time to chat and celebrate with your family and friends. With two photographers, they can be everywhere, yet still remain unobtrusive.

Lifestyle portraits are Mike and Wendy’s speciality. Working entirely with available light at all times leads to a much more relaxed session without the pressure of constant flashing. Sessions tend to last between one and two hours but are entirely dependent on the subject.

There’s always an element of the unexpected with children and Mike and Wendy are happy to keep shooting as long as they are enjoying themselves. Expect plenty of fun and no posing or saying ‘cheese’. These are portraits that capture childhood with style…let your kids be their fabulous selves.
